Password Reset Required for Enhanced Protection
We have deployed new encryption standards for user accounts. As a precautionary measure, all agency administrators are required to reset their passwords upon next login. 2FA sessions will also be refreshed.
Emergency Market Closure: Trading Suspended Due to Exchange Issues
Trading on NYSE Arca symbols has been temporarily suspended due to technical issues at the primary exchange. Orders will be queued until further notice.
New Commission Structure Effective January 1, 2025
We are updating our commission tiers for high-volume agencies. The new structure introduces deeper discounts for volumes exceeding $10M/month. Please review the attached PDF for full details.
